Nerea Villares
Nerea has been working within the arts industry since 1999. She combines her personal art practice with the design and fabrication of costumes and artefacts for various companies and films. Her experience within the production and technical aspect of performing arts ranges from assisting in the creation of cabaret events, such as the 3K Kabaret London, through to creating video animation for theatre. As well as Folded Feather, Nerea has collaborated with: Arcola Theatre, Long SpoonCircus Co., Active-Art, Lumenis Theatre Company, Dodgy Whiskers Circus Company, JellyHead 3D costumes and prop makers, Daniel Goncalves, Dani Monkiki, Francesca Martello, Cia, Umavieniqua and within the fims: "Lipstikka" and "The Last Seven". www.nereavillares.weebly.com |
Tim Davies
Tim is a freelance designer and maker specialising in kinetic sculpture, puppets and performance apparatus. Alongside Folded Feather, Tim currently works for a number of London based clients including Kinetika outdoor performance specialists, Ockhams Razor aerial theatre company and YellowBird 360º Film. Tim has skills in metalwork and general fabrication as well as mechanics, animatronics, sculpting and computer aided design. www.td-artwork.co.uk |
David Emmings
David trained at Central School of Speech and Drama. He graduated in 2009 where he joined the original West End cast of "War Horse" puppeteering the head of Joey the horse; other work in theatre includes "The Confetti Maker" directed by John Wright and "The Boy from Centreville" in association with Complicite at the Edinburgh Fringe 2008. Films include "Sherlock Holmes", "Mime Poker"(short) and "Alice"(short). He is currently training with Fairground Theatre. |
Svetlana Biba
Svetlana studied Theatre Science at the University of Stockholm in Sweden, followed by a year training with the famous mime artist Marcel Marceau at the Ecole International de Mimodrame de Paris and then a year at the London International School of Performing Arts. She teaches at the Russian International Theatre School in London and runs classes in Corporal Mime for professionals(Sunday Mime) in London. She has performed extensively in Sweden, France, Spain and London. |
